Aléo Studio offers complimentary shipping worldwide (excluding P.O. Boxes). Orders typically shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns & Refunds

How do I initiate a return?

You may return any item purchased at Aléo Studio within 7 days of the delivery date by contacting us at with your order number. For further details, please refer to our full Return Policy.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.


How can I make an order?

  4. Fill in your address and payment details.

You will receive an automatic email confirming the details of your order. It can take between 2-4 days to process an order for international shipping. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email containing tracking information.We aim to meet the delivery times quoted but sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, can result in delivery delays.

What is a preorder and how can I place one?

When you preorder items, they'll be clearly marked with estimated shipping dates for your convenience, although these dates are not guaranteed. You will be charged upon order placement, and we'll ship your reserved items as soon as they become available.
