Refund policy

 

Returns

All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original condition, meaning unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged . They will be refunded according to the method of payment used for the purchase.

To start a return, contact us at order@aleostudio.co. If the return is accepted, the costs of the return postage remains the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded.

Returns with damaged items, missing original labels, and incomplete orders will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue in due course.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refund 

We appreciate your patience while your refund is being processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  We shall not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging into any other currency. Original shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. We are not responsible for any return items lost in transit.  

Lost & Damaged items
Aléo Studio shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
