Shipping
Aléo Studio offers complimentary shipping on all orders.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Aléo Studio is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies. At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation notification that is automatically sent to your email when the package has been processed by us. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update.
International Duties
International orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with Aléo Studio, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Aléo Studio cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control. Should you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us but you will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Lost & Damaged items
Aléo Studio shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
