United States: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders.
International: Complimentary shipping on orders over $500. Orders under $500 ship at a flat rate:
- Canada and Mexico: $25
- Europe: $35
- Rest of world: $50
Duties and import taxes are separate from shipping and are described below.
Made to order
Every piece is made to order. Clothing is made in Japan and Italy; please allow up to eight weeks for delivery. Jewelry is made in New York City, USA; please allow up to five weeks for delivery. If your order includes pieces with different production times, it ships together once the last piece is ready.
We are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders placed to any of these addresses will be canceled and refunded in full.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation notification that is automatically sent to your email when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update.
International Duties
Canada, the European Union and the United Kingdom: Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
Mexico and all other countries: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes levied by the importing country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order. Aléo Studio has no control over customs charges, procedures or delays.
If an order is refused or left unclaimed, it will be returned to us. The item price will be refunded, less the original shipping cost, return shipping and any duties or fees incurred.
Lost & Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us at info@aleostudio.co within 14 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Aléo Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs agencies.
